With a degree in Economics and a Diploma of Education from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, Craig began his career as an Economics teacher at a prestigious private school in Sydney. Over 15 years, he advanced to the role of Deputy Head, where he implemented his core beliefs in motivation, leadership, and inspiring others.
In 2006, Craig transitioned from the classroom to the world of professional sport. As a full-time coach, he became instrumental in the rise of Aku Uate, the Newcastle Knights’ and Australian wing sensation, credited by the player himself for his development. Currently, Craig serves as Head Coach of Hull Kingston Rovers Rugby League Club in England, becoming the only coach in the league without playing at the highest professional level.
Craig’s motivational talks aren’t grounded in theory; they stem from 25 years of personal experience in both the private sector and elite sport. His keynote speeches are both inspiring and entertaining, offering unique insights that apply to any audience. Tailored for any group, from factory floors to executive boards, his talks range from 30 minutes to an hour, delivered with a touch of his signature Aussie humour.
