Mark Regan is widely regarded as one of rugby’s true characters. Known for his tenacity, hard work, and dedication, Mark made his debut for England in 1995 against South Africa, and went on to achieve great success, including being part of the 2003 World Cup-winning team. He was also a finalist in 2007 and retired from international rugby in 2008 after securing a memorable victory over France in Paris, earning a total of 46 caps for his country.

Mark’s journey in rugby began at the age of eight with Keynsham RFC and continued through Bristol’s youth sides. His remarkable skill and commitment saw him represent England at multiple levels, including England A and the Emerging Players squad, before earning his first full cap in 1995.

In addition to his World Cup triumph, Mark’s career highlight also includes touring with the British & Irish Lions in 1997, where they won the series 2-1 against South Africa. A highly respected club player, Mark enjoyed a successful career with Bath, Leeds Tykes, and Bristol, becoming a Heineken Cup winner and contributing to a Premiership third-place finish.
